North Fish has launched its new campaign Vår –Spring. There are three new tasty compositions on offer. The first of these is Wild Salmon served with mustard and dill sauce.  Something new for lovers of spicy dishes is Hake in crispy coating with hot harissa sauce, baked with mozzarella and mushrooms. The final proposition enriching the North Fish menu is Halibut in a delicate coating.

North Fish is a chain of restaurants specialising in fish and seafood. The first was opened in 2002 in the Galeria Echo shopping centre in Kielce. Currently North Fish operates 39 restaurants located in Poland’s best shopping centres, which makes it the country’s unquestioned leader and Europe’s third largest, chain of restaurants offering fish and seafood.
