On 9 September in Warsaw Marriott Hotel, CEO Szymon Adamczuk was a panellist during the 17th Food Business Forum 2019.

The invited speakers and panellists are among the most outstanding professionals and practitioners of the market, as well as opinion leaders in the industry. These are people whose voice shapes the future of the catering sector in our country. Szymon Adamczuk Chief Executive Officer of North Food Polska, spoke in the first thematic block: “Temperance in excess – regulations, trends, challenges and expectations. They accompanied the President in the discussion: Paweł Aksamit (President of Stava), Sylwester Cacek (President of Sfinks Polska), Anna Krajewska (President of Salad Story and WrapMe!), Damian Rybak (Director of Pizza Hut dine-in) and Marcin Zawadzki (President of ZP HoReCa).

For sixteen years now, the Food Business Forum has been a prestigious venue for conferences organized on the Polish market. The programme of the event covered the most important topics, challenges and problems faced by companies operating in the catering industry. According to the organisers, the event was attended by nearly 200 catering brands, including such restaurant chains as: Sphinx, Salad Story and WrapMe, Green Caffe Nero, Bobby Burger, Makarun, Da Grasso, Thai Wook, 7 Street, as well as AmRest Group brands, Gastromall, Lagerdere and many others.
