On September 7 in Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel, CEO Szymon Adamczuk was a panelist during the 18th Food Business Forum 2020.

The invited speakers are among the most outstanding professionals and market practitioners, as well as opinion leaders in the industry. They are counted among those whose voice shapes the future of the catering sector in our country.

President Szymon Adamczuk, Chief Executive Officer of North Food Polska, was a panelist in the second thematic block entitled: “THE PROCEDURE TO RECREATION – OPTIMISATION AND REGULATIONS, PRIORITIES AND DIRECTIONS”. The moderator of this block was Marcin Zawadzki, President of the Association of Hotel and Catering Employers. Moreover, they shared their knowledge on the above topic: Monika Bentkowska (HR Director Central Europe & Poland, Country President Poland Sodexo), Łukasz Błażejewski (CEO of 7 Street), Łukasz Mrowiński (CEO of Etno Cafe), Daniel Pawełek (owner of Butchery and Wine restaurant, Brasserie Warszawska, Kieliszki na Próżiej, Rozbrat 20, Koneser Grill) and Maciej Żakowski (co-owner of ORZO People-Music-Nature, owner of Planoia agency).

This year’s programme of the 18th FOOD BUSINESS FORUM 2020 GASTRONOMIC MARKET FORUM has discussed the most practical and factual tips on business development opportunities and how to overcome potential difficulties.

The culmination of the Forum was the gala of awarding the FOOD BUSINESS AWARDS 2020 SPECIAL EDITION AWARDS and SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR 2020, which ended with a gala dinner.
