7 May saw the début of a new range of flavours for spring at North Fish restaurants. The items added to the menu included Norwegian salmon with mixed grilled vegetable ratatouille – fresh aubergine, courgette, peppers, onion and tomato sauce. All this is baked with mozzarella and decorated with freshly chopped parsley.

As well as the fish on offer, another absolute novelty is the focaccia – original Italian bread available in two versions, with either ratatouille and black cod, mushrooms, tomato sauce and mozzarella.

North Fish has also extended its range to include more vegetarian options for customers, including the Vegeburger Fresh with grilled aubergine, white mozzarella, a slice of fresh tomato, crispy rocket, fresh basil, red onion and tartar sauce, as well as hot, delicate cream of tomato soup with crunchy croutons.

Special promotional offers have also been prepared for customers, and are available on both the website and the official North Fish mobile app.

The Spring offer is available at all North Fish restaurants until 1 July 2018.
