New flavours for spring at North Fish

A new range of flavours for spring has debuted at North Fish restaurants. The current menu has been spiced up with six excellent new products.

The first of these is breadcrumbed Spring Pollock filled with horseradish sauce, with added spring vegetables – radish and freshly chopped chives. The crispy-coated Rock Sole fillet is completely new to our restaurants. The third and final new item on the lunch menu is Hake with Mustard and Dill Sauce. A delicate hake fillet has been coated in a mustard and dill sauce with pieces of courgette, and sprinkled with dill. These light, flavoursome meals from the lunch category will no doubt gain many enthusiasts.

The spring range now includes new burger styles. From now on, Fishburgers, Vegeburgers, Tunaburgers and Halloumiburgers rule, in beer buns sprinkled with durum wheat.

North Fish has prepared its thirsty guests some refreshing Raspberry Lemonade based on raspberries and lemons. Finally, Panna Cotta with strawberry mousse awaits those with a sweet tooth. The new items added to the menu are certain to raise spring smiles among guests at the restaurants.
