North Food Polska’s chairman Szymon Adamczuk and board member Tomasz Rurarz were interviewed and talked about the beginnings of the business, choice of locations and plans for the future. They stressed the strong position that North Fish restaurants have on the Polish market, and their continuous growth. “Changes to our offer are our daily bread. Because of seasons, prices, new trends… Managing the product portfolio is the key area of our business. Another big change to the menu will arrive in 2017. And there will be more changes in years to come too,” said Tomasz Rurarz in the interview.
