The growing pace of life and growing popularity of not only portals for ordering food, but also delivery services could not remain unanswered by the market, where more and more so-called dark kitchen is appearing. The main idea is to prepare meals, which are ordered in “virtual” restaurants and delivered straight to the consumer’s door or with the possibility to pick them up personally.

North Food Polska, in order to meet customer needs, on 30 September launched NORTH FOOD LAB, the first dark kitchen restaurant in its portfolio. The new restaurant is located at 18J ¯ytnia Street in Warsaw and it brings together three brands: NORTH FISH BRGRS, BRGRS BY JOHN BURG and a complete novelty VEGGIE HUB. Orders can be realized through popular delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Wolt, Glovo and Bolt with home delivery or on-site pickup. What’s more, impatient guests will be able to eat their meal on the spot because, even though this dark kitchen NORTH FOOD LAB has a few quite comfortable tables on site.

NORTH FISH, well known to Warsaw inhabitants, offers a wide selection of the best grilled and coated fish, seafood, burgers, soups, vege bowls and lemonade.

Another item, and at the same time a novelty in the capital, is BRGRS BY JOHN BURG, which is a selected offer of burgers of the already legendary JOHN BURG restaurant.
