Savills, a global company providing services in the property trade which owns a network of over 600 offices in both Americas, Great Britain, Europe, Africa, the Asia Pacific Region and the Middle East, advised when the first British North Fish establishment were bought in the prestigious location of Bullring Birmingham.
North Fish has signed a new 10-year lease agreement for a 140 m2 premises in the main retail area of Birmingham. Location Bullring Birmingham, is belong to Hammerson.
Hammerson was founded in 1942 by Lewis Hammerson, who was originally involved exclusively in converting houses into flats, and then from 1948 the company began to direct its business towards developing commercial properties. Hammerson became a public company in 1954, and started cooperating with local authorities in order to reconstruct the commercial offer of British towns and cities. The company opened Britain’s first indoor shopping centre in Brent Cross in 1976. Hammerson is currently one of Britain’s leading development and investment companies. It creates continuously evolving spaces in and around thriving towns and cities where people and brands want to be.
After the success and good reception of the North Fish restaurants in Poland, the brand is seeking opportunities to expand in Great Britain, as well as in the Middle East and Europe.

North Fish is a chain of restaurants specialising in fish, seafood and vegetarian dish. The first was opened in 2002 in the Galeria Echo shopping centre in Kielce. Currently North Fish operates 47 restaurants located in Poland’s best shopping centres, which makes it the country’s unquestioned leader and Europe’s second largest, chain of restaurants offering fish and seafood. Each day nearly 1,000 employees take care to ensure the highest quality of the products served.
