JOHN BURG, a North Food Polska brand, has been honoured and presented a Certificate of Excellence by the TripAdvisor website for the second time in a row. This is awarded exclusively to restaurants and companies in the hospitality industry which, over the course of a year, receive exceptionally flattering reviews on TripAdvisor. The certificate can be won by restaurants, accommodation facilities and attractions all over the world which consistently provide services of the highest quality.

“TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2017 Certificate of Excellence, which celebrates hospitality businesses that have consistently received strong praise and ratings from travellers,” declared Heather Leisman, TripAdvisor Vice President for Industry Marketing. “This recognition allows us to publicly honour businesses that are actively engaging with customers and using feedback to help travellers identify and confidently book the right property at the right price.”

The Certificate of Excellence is awarded based on the quality, currentness and number of reviews sent to TripAdvisor over 12 months. To qualify, businesses have to obtain and maintain a result of at least four out of five on the general star ranking, receive the minimum number of reviews and also be featured on the site for at least 12 months.
