Puls Biznesu portal released a new article about the North Fish brand. In this release, Chairman of the Board Szymon Adamczuk told about the changes that have taken place in North Food Poland, which contributed to the success of the North Fish fish restaurant chain: “The company was completely restructured-we have changed the structure, people, marketing, and the menu. Today we open more restaurants investing the money we earned, we do not take additional funds from the owner.” He also mentioned new projects such as Fish&More that “combines the power of fish business” and “burger restaurants – John Burg”, as well as Fish by North Fish-a smaller concept of North Fish.

North Food Polska — a Partner of the “Fabryka Marzeń” Foundation
North Food Polska has received the title of Partner of the “Fabryka Marzeń” Foundation. The award was given for supporting actions for the needy and confirmation that “there are more people of good will.” The company is involved enthusiastically in charitable and benevolent campaigns. Last year, employees of North Food Polska along with the “Fabryka Marzeń” Foundation organised an auction, with all the proceeds going to help a family in need as part of the nationwide Noble Box campaign.

The Retailnet portal carried an article about the North Fish brand. North Food Polska’s chairman Szymon Adamczuk and board member Tomasz Rurarz were interviewed and talked about the beginnings of the business, choice of locations and plans for the future. They stressed the strong position that North Fish restaurants have on the Polish market, and their continuous growth. “Changes to our offer are our daily bread. Because of seasons, prices, new trends… Managing the product portfolio is the key area of our business. Another big change to the menu will arrive in 2017. And there will be more changes in years to come too,” said Tomasz Rurarz in the interview.

North Food Polska is marking its 15th anniversary with a new identification, intended to stress the company’s recent dynamic expansion and the changes which have taken place. This rebranding involved a new logo with a signet, all the identifying materials used internally and externally, and a new website. The new logo became more modern, elegant and in line with the corporate character of the company. It incorporates the Norwegian letter ø, as this is the country which inspires the company.
There is also a new version of the website www.northfood.pl. As well as information about the company, it also contains current employment offers and a press centre which carries reports on the major events in the life of the company.
North Food in the #movember campaign
North Food Polska is joining the international Movember campaign, which involves growing a moustache in November. The aim of this is to make men aware of the importance of regular check-ups to enable early diagnosis of male cancers. At our company women also got involved – they cannot of course grow moustaches but they are strongly behind it and will be supporting the men.

While the temperature outdoors is falling, North Fish restaurants are getting into the festive atmosphere by wishing a Merry Christmas with the “God Jul – Wesołych Świąt” campaign. The offer embraces Norwegian salmon with mimolette cheese, blueberry and orange — its flavour perfectly brings out the wintry nature of the dish. The second item is hake with ajvar — a roasted pepper and aubergine paste. We also have the return of last season’s hit — the warming drink TeGløgg. Popular in Scandinavia during the festive season, this blends sweetness with spicy flavours.
