In this release, Chairman of the Board Szymon Adamczuk told about the changes that have taken place in North Food Poland, which contributed to the success of the North Fish fish restaurant chain: “The company was completely restructured-we have changed the structure, people, marketing, and the menu. Today we open more restaurants investing the money we earned, we do not take additional funds from the owner.” He also mentioned new projects such as Fish&More that “combines the power of fish business” and “burger restaurants – John Burg”, as well as Fish by North Fish-a smaller concept of North Fish.
