Puls Biznesu portal released a new article about the North Fish brand. In this release, Chairman of the Board Szymon Adamczuk told about the changes that have taken place in North Food Poland, which contributed to the success of the North Fish fish restaurant chain: “The company was completely restructured-we have changed the structure, people, marketing, and the menu. Today we open more restaurants investing the money we earned, we do not take additional funds from the owner.” He also mentioned new projects such as Fish&More that “combines the power of fish business” and “burger restaurants – John Burg”, as well as Fish by North Fish-a smaller concept of North Fish.

North Fish has launched its new campaign Vår –Spring. There are three new tasty compositions on offer. The first of these is Wild Salmon served with mustard and dill sauce. Something new for lovers of spicy dishes is Hake in crispy coating with hot harissa sauce, baked with mozzarella and mushrooms. The award was given for supporting actions for the needy and confirmation that “there are more people of good will.” The company is involved enthusiastically in charitable and benevolent campaigns. While everyone is waiting for the thaw, North Fish restaurants have got into the winter atmosphere by starting the new Vinter campaign. There are three new tasty compositions on offer. The first of these is Highland style Norwegian salmon — a steak made from original Norwegian salmon served with smoked cheese and cranberry jam. The next new item is Spicy cod — fillet of black cod in a golden coating, baked with mozzarella, spicy sauce, chilli flakes and piri-piri peppers. Along with the fish dishes, North Fish has expanded its offer to include tomato soup prepared with vegetable stock, natural warming soup with vegetables and croutons. Another piece of good news is that TeGløgg — a warming, non-alcoholic beverage with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and orange, inspired by the traditional wine drink popular all over Scandinavia — is still on the menu.Read More

North Food Polska’s chairman Szymon Adamczuk and board member Tomasz Rurarz were interviewed and talked about the beginnings of the business, choice of locations and plans for the future. They stressed the strong position that North Fish restaurants have on the Polish market, and their continuous growth. “Changes to our offer are our daily bread. Because of seasons, prices, new trends… Managing the product portfolio is the key area of our business. Another big change to the menu will arrive in 2017. North Food Polska is marking its 15th anniversary with a new identification, intended to stress the company’s recent dynamic expansion and the changes which have taken place. This rebranding involved a new logo with a signet, all the identifying materials used internally and externally, and a new website. The new logo became more modern, elegant and in line with the corporate character of the company. It incorporates the Norwegian letter ø, as this is the country which inspires the company.
There is also a new version of the website www.northfood.pl. As well as information about the company, it also contains current employment offers and a press centre which carries reports on the major events in the life of the company.
North Food Polska once again joined in the nationwide Noble Box campaign, which involves helping families in difficulty and in need.
The company helped Bonifacy and his daughter Wiktoria, who are on benefits and have to share a room. The family needed not only financial assistance, but also furniture, clothing, cleaning products and basic foodstuffs.
An auction was held at North Food Polska’s headquarters in Kielce, where 70 items went under the hammer. North Fish restaurants also organised collections of money for the family. Company employees presented them with a laptop, furniture, clothing and cleaning products, and the bathroom at Boniface’s house will also be renovated.
When presenting the gifts, representatives of North Food were visibly moved at being able to help the needy spend Christmas in a joyful atmosphere.
North Food Polska is joining the international Movember campaign, which involves growing a moustache in November. The aim of this is to make men aware of the importance of regular check-ups to enable early diagnosis of male cancers. At our company women also got involved – they cannot of course grow moustaches but they are strongly behind it and will be supporting the men.Read More
