With North Food since 2011 as a Restaurant Manager. It has been 6 years since then and much has changed – I developed together with the development of the company. For the last three years as a Regional Manager I coordinated the operation of many North Fish restaurants, I participated in opening new venues and new formats. During that time I learned a lot from the people with whom I had the pleasure to work. First of all, I realized that nothing is impossible, that all depends on how much you want to achieve the goal. In the meantime, I participated in many training courses organised by North Food and graduated from postgraduate course in Human Resource Management in a modern organisation. Now the company puts a new challenge in front of me – as of 1 June 2017 I took the position of a Project Manager Casual Dining Restaurants and start a new, certainly equally interesting step of my career in this company.
This organisation is first of all the fantastic people who support, share knowledge and give lots of energy for further achievements. I learned a lot in North Food, and today I can share my experience with others supporting them and taking care of their personal development. It is a job full of challenges, but also gives me a lot of satisfaction.
